World Residency

World Residency, located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, is a premium residential project by Real Anchors Developers Pvt. Ltd., offering spacious 3 & 4 BHK luxury apartments starting with 1.43 crores. Designed for an elite lifestyle, the project features high-end amenities like a club house, landscaped gardens, swimming pool, and modern interiors. 

Challenge:

The price point was questionable for the Indirapuram locality, making the target segment narrow. Moreover, online conversations had mixed feedback, especially regarding incomplete amenities and logistical issues. The core challenge was to reach high-intent buyers who are open to investing in the lifestyle, location, and value potential of the property.

Services Provided:

  • We began by rebuilding the brand’s identity on digital platforms, with a new website that positioned it as a high-end property. 
  • The UI was optimized to display space with detailed floor plans, walk-through visual storytelling.
  • We built an interest-based social media strategy targeting high-net-worth individuals, NRIs, and second-home investors within Delhi-NCR. Our creatives emphasized space, comfort, luxury, and exclusivity. 
  • We generated high-performing reels and carousel ads that improved engagement. Every campaign was backed with well-defined CTAs and remarketing strategies to encourage site visits and inquiries.
