Click2Confirm is a business communication tool that helps any organization's admin/accounts department and top-level management communicate with Vendors, Customers and Employees for all important business communication.

Challenges:
  1. Unclear Brand Meaning: The core value proposition of Click2Confirm wasn't readily apparent to potential customers. The platform's purpose and benefits needed to be clearly defined and communicated.
  2. Inconsistent Brand Perception: The absence of a unified brand identity across various touchpoints (logo, tagline, website, marketing materials) created a fragmented user experience. This inconsistency made it difficult for audiences to develop a clear understanding of the Click2Confirm brand.
  3. Website Communication Gap: The website, is a crucial touchpoint for potential customers, which missed out on effective communication around Click2Confirm's value proposition. Visitors lack on a clear understanding of how the platform could address their communication needs.
