Founded in 1995 by Vishal Vinayak with a team of just four, Nano Tech Chemical Brothers began its journey in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The company initially focused on trading textile chemicals, catering to major clients like Vardhman and Winsome. In 2003, Nano Tech Chemical Brothers took a significant step forward by expanding into the manufacturing of textile processing aides. This marked the birth of the brand "Nano Tech Chemical Brothers."

The next decade was dedicated to building a strong foundation for the future. This culminated in a successful collaboration with a European Research Consultancy in 2015. Through this partnership, Nano Tech Chemical Brothers commenced the production of silicone colorants under the brand name "Csilment" in India.
