Well known for its authenticity and health benefits, Crown Rice is 100 % authentic, gluten-free, zero preservatives. Premium long-grain basmati rice, and also good for diabetic patients. It’s a clean, healthy option that fits modern kitchens and health-first lifestyles.

Challenge:

The rice category is filled with many players, price competitive environment. Crown Rice needed a digital presence. Our biggest challenge was to help Crown Rice connect directly to the right audience, particularly homemakers, food lovers, and chefs, by providing product awareness and credibility.

Services Provided:

  • We established a brand voice throughout the social media platform – Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We displayed clean visuals, health-focused storytelling, and customer education. The strategy was to engage the audience, and educate them on the product’s health benefits—gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, preservative-free.
  • YouTube helped us provide reach amongst the target audience with easy cooking videos and reels showing diabetic-friendly meals or celebratory rice dishes. Each content piece was crafted to inspire, and attract the right buyers. Crown Rice established itself as a trustworthy kitchen item.

Result:

Crown Rice rapidly caught fire with the target audience, and their level of engagement began to grow across various media platforms, which we measured with likes, shares, recipe saves, and even basic inquiries into the product. Overall, the campaign created a digital presence for the brand across social media platforms and helped it find its way among mindful, everyday consumers.
